Nowadays, the distribution of the college basketball schedule is like a leaky faucet. Drip by drip, it eventually comes together once universities, conferences and media networks roll out their offerings in press-release batches.

Good news: Iowa's 2016-17 schedule is almost completely known.

Additional television games for CBS and ESPN platforms were revealed Wednesday, giving the Hawkeyes either a game time, TV network or both for all but one date: The Big Four Classic in Des Moines against Northern Iowa.

The full Hawkeye schedule is below. And, naturally, you may see "or" or "TBA" along the way.

But here are some pullouts:

Of the Hawkeyes' 31 games, at least 13 will tip off at 8 p.m. or later. (Sorry, newspaper deadline.)

At least seven games will be televised on one of ESPN's two main platforms (ESPN or ESPN2), including five Big Ten games that were announced Wednesday. That includes both meetings with Maryland (Jan. 19, Feb. 25).

Four regular-season games will be exclusively online via BTN Plus, including the Nov. 11 opener against Kennesaw State.

The two Saturday home games during Big Ten play (Ohio State, Jan. 28; Illinois, Feb. 18) are an uptick from zero last year. Saturdays almost always bring the best crowds to Carver-Hawkeye Arena.

The Hawkeyes did not land any of CBS' Sunday afternoon games; they played one (at Ohio State) last year.
