According to Beechwood Lounge’s Facebook page, patrons who go to the East Village bar to catch the game will be eligible to register to win an autographed mini football helmet from Hawkeyes head football coach Kirk Ferentz. Rookies plans to offer food, as well as drink, specials during the match-up against Michigan State on Saturday. Pick up 10 wings for $7 and pair it with the bar’s $13 domestic pitcher or $10 domestic beer bucket special. The bar’s also offering $4 Bacardi rum drinks on Saturday.

Doc's is offering a triple-threat of $3 drink specials: $3 shots of Fireball whiskey, $3 domestic pints and $3 tallboys. This Altoona sports bar pulls its weight in game day specials by offering up tallboys and regular cans of beer for cheap. Busch Light tallboys will be $2.50, Pabst Blue Ribbon tallboys will be $2 and cans of Hamm’s and Natural Light will be selling for $1.50. If that doesn’t fill you up, the bar also plans to set food out during the game.
