Will Keegan Murray break Iowa basketball's draft drought? How to watch the 2022 NBA Draft
The 2022 NBA Draft is nearly here, which means it's almost time to find out the professional destinations for college basketball's biggest stars.
Unlike the seven-round, three-day format of the NFL Draft, NBA teams make all of their picks in one night. The draft traditionally consists of two rounds, with 30 picks in each round. This year's draft will feature just 58 picks after Miami and Orlando lost their second-round picks due to violations of league rules.
Former Iowa star Keegan Murray is expected to be picked in the top 10, which would end a drought dating to 1980 when Ronnie Lester was selected No. 10 overall. Iowa's last first-round pick was Ricky Davis in 1998.
