Iowa State wrestling releases 2019-20 schedule

The Iowa State wrestling program made many strides from Year 1 to Year 2 under head coach Kevin Dresser. Year 3's schedule was released Monday morning, and Cyclone wrestling fans are in for a treat.
The 2019-20 slate includes 15 total duals — seven at home, eight away — and three regular-season tournaments: the Cyclone Open in November, the Cliff Keen Las Vegas Invitational in December and the Southern Scuffle in January.
The home schedule features matchups against Iowa (Nov. 24) and Oklahoma State (Jan. 26), both of which finished in the top four of the 2019 NCAA Championships last year, as well as Northern Iowa (Feb. 16). The Cyclones will also face Arizona State (Jan. 11), Oklahoma (Feb. 9) and Missouri (Feb. 22) on the road.
Come March, Iowa State will head to the Big 12 Championships, set for March 7-8 in Tulsa, Oklahoma, which will set itself up for the NCAA Championships, scheduled for March 19-21 in Minneapolis.
