Spots remain for Iowa-Chris Street golf outing

Some 8 a.m. openings remain for the annual Iowa Basketball Golf Tournament in memory of Chris Street. The four-person best ball takes place Aug. 24 at Finkbine in Iowa City.

The entry fee is $600, and includes golf, cart, a tournament participation bag, continental breakfast lunch and a post-tournament awards/social at the University Club. Prizes will be awarded to the top three teams in each of the five flights.

Those interested in participating should call the Iowa basketball office at 1-800-IA-HOOPS and ask for Shelly. The deadline is Aug. 19.
