Iowa's Jarrod Uthoff scores another All-American honor
Iowa senior Jarrod Uthoff picked up another all-America honor , this time from the National Association of Basketball Coaches.
Uthoff, already a third-team all-American by the USA TODAY, was selected on Monday as a third-teamer by the NABC, which is voted on by its member coaches.
Uthoff was stellar in his final season in Iowa City, coming in second in the Big Ten in scoring at 18.9 points, tops in blocked shots (2.6) and 13th in rebounds (6.3). The Cedar Rapids native's 624 points in 2015-16 ranks eighth in program history among single-season totals.
Iowa finished 22-11 and reached the second round of the NCAA Tournament.
