After announcing its nonconference schedule earlier this month, the Iowa women's basketball team's Big Ten Conference slate was revealed Tuesday afternoon on Big Ten Network. 

The Hawkeyes' league foes and locations were released in April, but the dates had yet to be announced. The conference returns to an 18-game schedule for the first time since 2015-16.

Key games include:

Iowa will open its Big Ten slate Dec. 30 at Michigan State. The Hawkeyes' conference home opener comes Jan. 3 against Nebraska. 

Ohio State and Maryland have been the class of the Big Ten lately, and Iowa gets both in a seven-day span. The Hawkeyes travel to Columbus on Feb. 10, then host the Terrapins on Feb. 17. 

Iowa ends its Big Ten schedule March 3 at home versus Northwestern. The finale is one of three weekend home dates, along with Sunday matchups against Purdue (Jan. 27) and Maryland.
