How many football games will Iowa and Iowa State win this year?

Hard to say. Injuries could derail a team's hopes. New players could step up and become prime-time performers.

But one company has crunched the numbers and took a swing at the over-under win totals for college football teams.

According to CG Technology of Las Vegas, Iowa should win at least eight games against a schedule that DOESN'T include Michigan State, Michigan, Ohio State, Rutgers and Penn State. Iowa State, the company predicts, should win at least three games while playing everyone in the Big 12.

Here are the over-under totals, starting with the Big Ten: Ohio State 10½ wins; Michigan State and Wisconsin 9½; Iowa 8½; Michigan, Nebraska and Penn State 8; Maryland and Minnesota 6½; Northwestern 6; Illinois and Indiana 5; Rutgers 4½; and Purdue 3½.

And the Big 12: Oklahoma 10; Baylor 9½; Kansas State and Texas 8; Oklahoma State 7½; Texas Tech 7; Texas Christian 6½; West Virginia 4½; Iowa State 3½; and Kansas 3.
